At Dicke Butz, everything revolves around the high art of barbecue. We only grill when it’s absolutely necessary – like for a big juicy steak. Other than that, our chefs prefer using our state-of-the-art Southern Pride smoker, which slowly cooks beef, pork and chicken to absolute fall-off-the-bone perfection. We do it the American way here, and that’s why you’ll only experience the best U.S. beef when you dine at our restaurant.

Smoking beef takes a lot of patience and love, but it’s worth it. Our motto is that we do it low and slow, so it’s something we take very seriously. We never compromise on quality and we’re also a little bit crazy, and we think this attitude pervades through to our bold food. Simply try our spare ribs, or our tender smoked beef brisket. Even our burgers are smoked!
It would be foolish to discuss authentic barbecue and neglect to mention our extensive craft beer selection. From Fullers London and Samuel Adam’s Boston Lager to Brewdog from Berlin-Mitte to the fresh, superb handcrafted Bayerisch Nizza – we’ve got ‘em all here!
