where pretty much everything is centered around the supreme art of grilling. Yet we actually only use the grill on the side – & only when really good, juicy steaks are involved. The rest of the meat actually gets done in the smoker. Because we smoke; & we do so with an original American Southern Pride smoker! & the only two things going in to our smoker are aromatic wood chip, & (most importantly) the very best American beef!
